At Colby Trail Doodles, we take nutrition and vitamins very seriously. Dietary health plays a huge role in the quality care a pup needs and deserves. Quality nutrition is necessary for having healthy coats, joints, eye sight, and overall growth. We have tried many brands of dog food, but have found our dogs do best on Life’s Abundance All Life Stages Dog Food, not to mention it is highly recommended by vets and pet nutritionists as a premium quality food. We feed our puppies the Life’s Abundance All Life Stages to our puppies and adults, along with a few daily squirts of Native Pet Salmon Oil, fresh and freeze dried healthy toppers from The Pets Table, and daily NuVet Plus Wafer Supplements for optimal health and immunity.
For all our puppies we recommend feeding them the NuVet supplements along with the high quality food we currently feed them to ensure optimal health and longevity. At 8-12 weeks only give the puppies 1/2 a wafer.
